The Bakers Manufacturing Academy's Specialized Training programs offer operations-oriented instruction that is based on a specific product type and/or the equipment used to produce it. 

The lessons focus on the various processes on the line, which are broken into steps or conversions. These include formula, mixing and forming, baking fundamentals, and cooling, delivery, and packaging. Each course emphasizes the importance of having the operator follow an exact process, explaining why certain steps must be followed precisely to produce specific products.

• Enrollment period: Up to six weeks

• Final Test: Students must score 80% GPA to complete the course successfully
