ABA Wins Industry Award for #BakingStrong COVID-19 Response

WASHINGTON, D.C.—The American Bakers Association won the American Society of Association Executive’s (ASAE) Power of A Silver Award for their #BakingStrong coronavirus pandemic response. ABA’s extraordinary work on behalf of Members included advocacy to ensure critical infrastructure status, priority access to sanitizer/personal protection equipment, labeling flexibility, and clarification about anti-body testing protocols and access.
Members received guidance from ABA about how to continue to operate facilities, while ensuring a safe and healthy workforce through a variety of platforms including email, podcasts, social media, the website, and more.
